Mayor Mims 2023 Teen Youth Summit will host students from across 10 Dayton high schools to provide them resources and skills to be informed, inspired, and empowered as they grow into future community leaders.

Each year, the theme of the Youth Summit addresses a key component of student’s leadership development. This year, the theme is “Use Your Voice!” Students will hear from several engaging speakers throughout sessions focused on mental health, advocacy, mentorship, health & wellness, leadership development, as well as career pathways & entrepreneurship.

How will students be selected to attend?

Students will be identified and asked to participate by their schools.
