The Department of Central Services is responsible to provide internal support services to other City Departments and agencies. The Department is comprised of the Divisions of Facilities Management, Information Technologies, Purchasing and the Director's Office. 

Centralization of support services common to multiple City Departments and agencies reduces operational expense through enhanced efficiencies, facilitates the achievement of strategic management initiatives from consolidation to standardization and aids in the identification of opportunities to successfully leverage the City's best interests.
